Gudauri has a wide range of accommodation for your snow holiday. Our recommendation is to stay in New Gudauri as this is where you will find the majority of the restaurants, bars and cafes located. It is also mostly ski in/ski out for all lodgings and has a great mix of apartment options from studios up to larger 3 bedroom duplexes spread across multiple complexes. Here you will also find a well-priced supermarket, various children’s play areas and it is located right by the gondola lift for easy mountain access.
The set up in New Gudauri is mostly apartment style or apart-hotel style lodgings. If hotel style accommodation is more your preference, we have some incredible ski-in/ski-out, 4 and 5 star properties such as Gudauri Lodge, Monte Hotel & Marco Polo Hotel that will suit your tastes. These Hotels, whilst slightly further afield from New Gudauri are destinations themselves and are only a short ski down to the main area.

Atrium Apartments
Studio & 1 bedroom Apartments
Atrium is a luxury, self contained apartment complex offering ski-in/ski out accommodation with sensational views and beautifully fitted out apartments.
Located a little higher up the mountain it is the only true ski-in/ski out property in New Gudauri and a favourite with visitors to Gudauri. The complex has a beautiful restaurant (breakfast buffet on request)and also houses Go Gudauri Spa, a Spa Complex available (for a fee) for massages or using the indoor thermal pool.
It is is a peaceful and quiet location however ideally situated a short ski or walk down to all the facilities in New Gudauri.

Suites Apartments
Studio, 1 Bedroom & Duplex (3 bedroom) Apartments
New Gudauri Suites is located in the very center of New Gudauri, right next to the gondola ski lift, classified as a ‘ski-in’ property. The location is ideal for easy access to the gondola and all amenities in the resort.
The complex has many excellent restaurants and bars, equipment rentals, snowmobile rental, luxury clothing store, and is near where the grocery store is located.
Apartments are very spacious from their studio apartments right up to their 3 bedroom duplex apartments with sensational views. Highly recommended complex

New Gudauri Block 1 & 2
The first buildings built in New Gudauri and definite favourites amongst travelers to the resort. With a range of studio, 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartments, residences here are very spacious and located right in the heart of the New Gudauri complex close to the ski lift.
On the ground floor there is a spa center with a swimming pool and a sauna (not included, paid extra). There is a ski good sized ski depot, as well as a children’s playground.

Loft 1 & 2 Apartments
The Loft I-II complexes are located in the heart of New Gudauri, not far from the gondola ski lift. The complexes have many great restaurants and bars. Between the two buildings there is a pedestrian courtyard with cafes with outdoor tables and ski equipment rentals. The complex has great views of the mountains and guests can stay in a range of studio, 1 bedroom and duplex apartments.

Gudauri Lodge is an incredible 5 star ski-in/ski-out hotel located in Gudauri. Arguably the top hotel property in the resort. The views from the rooms, dining areas and outdoor pool are all breathtaking. Already winning awards for their service, the hotel prides themselves on their 5 star service and the food offerings from their restaurant are outstanding.
Their outdoor terrace with views of the mountains is a sight to behold and the ideal location for après ski cocktails.
They have a very well stocked ski hire store on-site and for wine lovers their cellar has an incredible selection.
All of their guestrooms enjoy stunning mountain views and guests can utilise their day spa for massage treatments and health packages.

Monte Hotel Gudauri
Located in Upper Gudauri at an altitude of 2,200 metres, this is an absolutely fantastic property with some of the best views in all of Gudauri.
Whilst the hotel is not ski-in/ski-out, they provide a free transfers service to and from the slopes, a short trip.
They are renowned for their warm hospitality and fantastic for families as they provide toys, sleds, table football and board games amongst a lovely atmosphere at the hotel
Their lounge chairs on the sun terrace after a ski are a huge favourite with hotel guests.

Amazing modern hotel with sensational mountain views and right on the slopes for ski in and ski out ease. It has a lovely pool and spa, perfect to ease the muscles after a day on the slopes. They have an outstanding breakfast and the service here is first class.

This hotel gets rave reviews for it’s warm hospitality and homely feel throughout. Alpina Hotel
Fantastic location by the lifts which is ideal for ski in/ski out. Lovely warm rooms(although quite small) and huge open fire place in the bar for relaxing with a drink after a day on the slopes. Beautiful sunny terrace to enjoy on the bluebird days as well.
Great option if you want the convenience of being by the lifts, whilst still getting the warm atmosphere but at a lower price point.
